Order Modification & Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate your requests whenever possible:
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, modifications and cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. Please review the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- Your order has not been received within 45 business days (excluding a processing period of 2-5 business days).
- You receive an incorrect item or a damaged product. In such cases, you may request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Refund Process
- Refund, exchange, or replacement requests will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays.
- To facilitate processing, please provide clear images or videos of the damaged product, along with your order number and name.
- Returns for reasons other than product defects, such as a change of mind, are also accepted.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for reasons such as size issues or preference changes.
Refund Deductions
- A 6.9% + $1 deduction will be applied to refunds to cover payment processing fees, warehouse shipping costs, and platform charges.
Cases Ineligible for Refunds
Refunds or reshipments will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Delivery delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs inspections, natural disasters).
- Incorrect size selection for products with available size charts.
- Electronic items are non-refundable.
Refusal of Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
We reserve the right to decline refund, return, or exchange requests for:
- Pre-order or custom-made items.
- Orders already in transit.
- Cases involving inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Delivery Failure Notifications
- If we receive a delivery failure notice, we will contact you via email for resolution.
- If you do not respond or provide the correct details, the logistics provider may dispose of the package, and we will not be responsible for the loss.
Important Notice
- Please review your order details, including shipping information, before completing your purchase to avoid cancellations or returns.
- International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
